Luxurious Accommodations in the Financial District

Tucked in the Financial District, a luxury boutique hotel that operates as an exclusive members-only bar and club, The Battery, is open to the public.

The frosted windowed hotel can be found almost camouflaged behind oak trees, the old brick building welcomes you to a small check-in desk. Next to the friendly smiles is a small cafe stand and right across you will find a full-scale bar lounge filled with club members. The Battery offers 14 rooms each specially designed and furnished by Ken Fulk.

Rooms

Each of the 14 rooms is equipped with a 60’’ HDTV with Geneva sound systems that can be connected to any of your devices. Each room is unique and offers different views of the city. The natural stone tiles in the bathroom lead you to a large tub alongside a walk-in shower paired with amenities by Malin + Goetz. All the rooms are very detailed and vary in size from the 400 square feet deluxe room to the 6200 sq ft Penthouse Suite. Each room is accented with original art with views of the Battery Garden, Jackson Square, the Financial District, and the Bay Bridge. The Penthouse Suite offers the best panoramic view of the Bay Bridge and Transamerica Building. The Penthouse is designed with an open living space layout with a walk-in closet, guest, and master bathrooms with rain showerheads, and a full kitchen. The Outdoor patio includes a fire put, Viking Grill, and rooftop infinity hot tub.

Essentials

A reservation made at the hotel gives guests exclusive temporary residency and privileges for the duration of their stay. The resident membership allows each guest to access the gym, facilities, private club, bars, restaurants, and intimate concerts hosted at the hotel. Most guests that stay at the Battery are in two for business. An average stay for business travelers that house with the hotel is two nights during the weekdays. The are two major airports near the Battery, San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport. Both are accessible and just a quick drive from the hotel.
